Maximizes opportunities in the process industries with the available Gas Applications PSO and also maximizing the utilization of GDEs including but not limited to VIEs, MBs and cylinder packages.
Driving profitable growth through expansion, introduction of new AT PSO and new products.
Region distributors: Develop new distributor and review and manage poor performer in Distributors
Manage PvD effectively to continuously optimize cost to serve and maximize utilization of plant output, distribution efficiency & Ops Productivity.
Manages customer complaints, renews contracts, pricing initiatives, service level and maintain customers' historical information, collaborating closely with region PGP Business Managers
Customer relationship management - alignment toward annual revenue target and volume.
Properly segments and manages accounts to the Account Managers
Achieves sales DSO target for the team
Driving team's prioritization towards customer satisfaction with timely intervention to resolve supply chain and stock management issues when required.
Market Intelligence
Understand market demands and trends within packaged gas business and driving dynamic business changes to maximize profitable growth opportunities
Displays in-depth understanding of the local market-place, individual customers, customer segments and competitors built within market sector.
People Management, Organizational Management Review and Succession Planning
Develops motivated, effective and efficient team, cultivating a culture for success
Ensures staffs capability and commitment to achieve the target built
Provides leadership and professional development of the team
Provides coaching (focused on skills development) to the staff
Provides leadership and motivation to achieve overall team objectives to the team members on a regular basis.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
Relevant Tertiary Qualifications and more than 5 years relevant industry experience
Strategy development and implementation experience preferable across different business units/countries
Sales or relevant experience in gas industry preferred
