• Handle trade-in or refurbished mobile phone/electronics
• 5 Days/ Macpherson
• Attractive Remuneration + transport allowance + commission

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the trade-in and resale operations.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape business strategies.
• Build partnerships with suppliers, retailers, and trade-in program providers.
• Explore opportunities to expand market reach, including e-commerce and B2B channels.
• Oversee the end-to-end trade-in process, including quality checks, refurbishing workflows, and resale operations.
• Manage inventory and ensure an efficient supply chain.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of sales, operations, and customer service staff.
• Monitor profitability and cost management, ensuring competitive pricing strategies.
• Report financial and operational metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints, including trade-in programs, sales, and post-sale support.

Requirement:

• Min 5 years of relevant working experience in trade-in, resale, or electronics refurbishment industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
