Job Summary:





The Business Office Associate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring a seamless experience for patients through efficient scheduling, coordination, and communication with clinics.


The role involves handling patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and various clerical tasks to facilitate smooth department operations.





Key Responsibilities:





Respond to incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed. Confirm patient appointments with clinics, ensuring scheduling accuracy and coordination. Liaise with clinic staff to enhance the patient experience and streamline services. Manage appointment bookings and assist with patient registration processes. Issue tax invoices for patients and clinics as required. Organize and file documents, as well as handle faxing to support departmental activities. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.


Requirements:





Availability to work rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 7 am-4 pm / 10 am-7 pm) and alternate Saturdays. Minimum qualification of an "O" Level Certificate or Diploma in any field. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset and attention to detail. Reliable team player with a positive learning attitude, quick adaptability, and responsibility. * Detail-oriented, fast learner, and committed to providing quality service
