Key Responsibilities:
Provide frontline administrative support to patients, families, and clinical staff.
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, offering accurate information and assistance.
Make outbound calls to patients and clinic staff to coordinate and confirm operating theatre bookings, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
Collaborate closely with clinic and surgical teams to optimize scheduling and patient flow.
Assist with patient registration, manage pre-admission documentation, and submit insurance claims.
Generate and issue tax invoices and receipts for patients and clinics as needed.
Manage appointment calendars, track follow-up visits, and update patient records.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, data entry, document preparation, and general administrative support.
Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare policies and data protection standards.
Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
GCE "O" Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Prior experience in a healthcare, surgical, or outpatient clinic setting will be an advantage.
Willingness to work rotating shifts as assigned according to the duty roster, including alternate Saturdays and overtime when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first, service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Reliable team player with a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability.
