Join our Operational Risk Management team in Singapore and play a key role in supporting the growth of our Commodities and Global Markets business in the region. Working as part of the global Commodities and Global Markets Operational Risk Management team you will work directly with the business to ensure that the key operational risks are being effectively managed and monitored. The role will be focused on our Equity and Derivatives Trading business, whilst also supporting CGM\xe2\x80\x99s Futures business in a backup capacity. You will join our Commodities and Global Markets Business Operational Risk Management team, working to help facilitate the continued improvement in processes, controls and operational risk awareness and culture across our businesses. As a member of our business, you will be involved in providing advice on a broad range of risk matters, assessing new product and business initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring businesses are operating in a controlled manner; investigating incidents and testing effectiveness of controls and compliance with key policies as required. You will be a risk professional with 5+ years of Operational Risk experience in a financial markets trading environment. A solid understanding of equity trading and electronic trading (including algorithmic trading) is preferable. Exposure to other financial or commodities trading businesses would also be beneficial. To be successful in this role, it is expected you will have a high achievement drive, with a strong resilience and tenacity. Having an innovative mindset, strong relationship building and collaboration skills, and commitment to integrity are essential.
