Job Description

The Business Operations Analyst supports the organization's strategic and operational objectives by analyzing processes, data, and systems to improve efficiency and performance. This role involves collecting and interpreting data, identifying trends, developing actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations and support decision-making.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.


Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance.


Support data-driven decision-making through accurate and timely analysis.

Process Improvement

Evaluate existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.


Document workflows and assist in implementing new or improved procedures.


Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with departments such as Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT to align data insights with business goals.


Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management.


Coordinate with project teams to track progress, resolve issues, and measure outcomes.

Strategic Planning Support

Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.


Support strategic initiatives through data modeling and scenario analysis.


Provide insights into market and operational trends to guide long-term planning.

System & Tool Management

Support the maintenance and optimization of business intelligence tools and systems.


Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms.


Train stakeholders on data tools and reporting best practices.

Strategic Analysis & Business Insights

Analyze complex business data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities. Develop and present actionable insights that directly inform strategic and operational decisions. Build forecasting models, scenario analyses, and performance metrics to support executive decision-making.
