Job description:
Aids proposal and contract development; as well as proactively works on proceeding activities
Supports business needs around reporting, invoicing, analysis and working with other internal stakeholder like Contract, Legal, Finance etc.
Provides administrative assistance for business operations including system operation, paperwork filing, data entry
Assists the consolidation of monthly reports for the Commercial manager and/or analysts
Ad-hoc projects/events planning
Requirement:
A Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance
Min 2 years of relevant experience in business administration or operations management involves proposal, contract and invoicing
Possess hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is highly desirable (e.g. nested if functions, vlookup, pivot table, etc)
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and to remain calm and perform under pressure
A team player with exceptional personality
Meticulous with keen attention to details and good organizational skills
Intermediate English proficiency with demonstrated effective communication skill and ability to build rapport speedily
Possess initiative and the drive to deliver excellence consistently
