• You will design appropriate management reports/scorecards that articulate results.
• You will drive and implement continuous improvement and optimization programs for operational processes.
• You will ask to track planned budget allocation and actual spend, particularly on internal I cost such as Management and Operations, Bench, Training, Initiatives, and others.
• You will be planning and implementing actions for staffing and demand fulfillment.
• You will perform demand and supply forecasting and implement actions to address gaps.

What are we looking?

• Open to college graduates of Finance, Math, Data Statistics, or IT-related courses with no work experience
• Open to college undergraduates, associate degree graduates, high school graduates with at least 6 months of work experience in Business Operations
• Amenable to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
• Willing to work on-site once recalled
