Partner IPSL\xe2\x80\x99s programme teams to design and deliver effective learning programmes for participants
Perform programme administration and logistics functions including managing registrations and queries, catering and logistical arrangements, procurement and billing matters, administering and compiling programme evaluations
Work with internal and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of end-to-end processes in programme administration, logistics, and system support
Review and redesign processes to strengthen programme delivery and business operations
Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to design and enhance key business operations for continuous improvement
Coordinate and manage rosters of key resource persons and speakers engaged across programmes
Manage and maintain department assets and records
Identify potential issues which may impact programme processes, and recommend appropriate solutions
Develop guidelines to educate officers on programme-related processes
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties required by the institute, such as data compilation for analytics purpose, data housekeeping, organisation of meetings and department activities, etc.
REQUIREMENTS: -
Diploma/Degree holder (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
Good project management skills and able to multi-task
Organised and meticulous
A keen interest and experience in process improvement work would be an advantage
Able to work independently, as well as in a team, in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word) and digital learning tools (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, Padlet, etc)
Contract Period: 1-Year
Working Hours: 8.30am-6pm on Mon-Thurs, 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm on Fri
