SPH Media Box Office (SPHMBO), the outdoor media arm of SPH Media, comprises a network of large outdoor static and LED billboards at strategic locations and indoor screens in banks, shopping malls and healthcare institutions islandwide.We are inviting suitably qualified individuals who are keen to pursue a career in the media industry to join us asBusiness Operations ExecutiveYou will assist with project initiatives, partnering closely with various different teams ranging from Sales, Group Marketing, Product Development, and Finance etc to facilitate the campaign lifecycle. The scope of work consists of: Respond to media briefs for OOH platform in a timely manner Maintain Media Decks and communicate Product updates to Sales teams Campaign management using proprietary OOH management software Process booking contracts & related reports On-site Proof of Delivery photographs and compile post campaign reports Monitor competitors' sites and their marketing activitiesRequirements Diploma in Business/Marketing/Advertising/relevant fields 1 to 2 years of administrative and operation experience preferred Understanding of out-of-home media advertising Strong coordination skills, a meticulous and organised mind, and ability to multitask and cope with competing job orders to meet deadlines Good communication skills Outgoing personality and working knowledge of power-point and excel Strong administrative and organization disposition, computer knowledge and preferably designing skills
