AMILI is seeking for driven and collaborative individuals based in Singapore that will be heavily involved in our growth trajectory as we promote gut health here and in the region. As a Business Operations Executive, you will have the opportunity to execute regional business expansion initiatives and lend operational support to build our business in Southeast Asia. We strive to be a catalyst for positive change among our customers and put customers' health outcomes first. Generating ideas and keeping up with our fast pace would be the norm. What you will be doing: Responsible for overall customer experience and acting as the primary point of contact for customers, business partners and other collaborators Providing operational support through logistics management and vendor reporting Helping the company improve processes and managing cross-functional projects to ensure that operational efficiencies are met Conducting periodic sales reporting, inventory forecasting and supply-chain management Keeping up-to-date knowledge of market activities and other industry news What you will need: Diploma / Degree level education in any field Is passionate about health and wellness Strong analytical and logical thinking Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal Is organized and proactive, with excellent time and self-management skills Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) What is good to have: Up to 3 years of working experience Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and/or agency vendors Experience in customer service and stakeholder management Experience working in/with health, wellness, and tech businesses
