Job Description


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support operations team in creating and maintaining daily bus schedules
  • Coordinate and manage bus drivers to ensure they meet their required performance standards
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions are taken.
  • Liaise and follow-up with customers to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers\' requests
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet or exceed service standards
  • Build relationship with customers
  • Support with daily administrative work Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (with or without experience)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to speak with both English and Chinese speaking drivers)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Proactive, independent, meticulous and organised
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with Singapore roads
  • Preferably possess Class 3 driving license
