Job Description
Overall Job Objectives As our Business Operations Intern, you will be part of a growing e-commerce business in the regional automotive industry. Core Responsibilities
- Marketplace Administrative Work
- Maintain contact lists
- Maintain Day-to-Day Sales Support activities
- Conduct Data Entry
- Reports Generation
- Any other Ad-hoc task required by Marketplace Ops Manager
- A high degree of autonomy and responsibility
- Seeing your work make an immediate and lasting impact
- Exposure on how marketing strategies can be applied to different companies and opportunities to get hands-on
- Understand marketing campaigns from a macro-level
- Communicate and collaborate effectively and appropriately with different professionals in the work environment
- Poly / University students in Business or Marketing-related may apply
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Meticulous, with a keen eye for details
- Organised, Independent and pleasant disposition, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative, willing to learn and able to multi-task
- Fluent in conversational English
- Must be able to work independently (with minimal supervision) and remotely
- Able to commit minimum 3 months
- Interns with good performance may be considered for full-time positions.
Contract length: 3 months Salary: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
