What You Will Do
Responsible for performing vendor invoices through 3-way-match/2-way-match and record accurately, resolve problems related to discrepancies in time. * Responsible for expense booking with correct chart of account & verify supporting documents compliance with company policies and local GAAP.
- Deal with complexed cases, problem solving on aged pending invoices, GRIR, outstanding Prepay, and payable items.
- Ensure monthly closing tasks completed on schedule, reconciliations & reports are delivered on time (VAT reconciliation/Intercompany balance reconciliation, etc.)
- Be business partner with our customers.
- Assist internal and external audit.
- Drive continuous transformation initiatives and support simplification and standardization of processes across entities.
- Work on assignments, projects and other ad hoc activities as directed by line manager.
Bachelor\'s degree in finance or equivalent * 1-3 years of overall experience in Accounts payable process
- Good command of oral & written English & Mandarin
- SAP knowledge will be a plus
- Integrity, excellent communication skills, self-driven, teamwork are the key characteristics we\'re looking for
