You\xe2\x80\x99ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the LifeAs a Business Process Project Management Specialist, you will join the Global Service & Repair Regional Readiness team under our Service Product Lifecycle Center of Excellence (PLC CoE). This team consists of project & program managers across Americas, Europe, and Asia. They are responsible for ensuring that every country has what they need to support Medtronic capital equipment at time of product launch, when released products change, or when we end of life equipment. Due to the global nature of the work and the geographic spread of the team, there are instances where meetings need to occur out of regular hours. Flexibility to work an adjusted schedule to meet business needs is critical to success in this position.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Leads or leverages cross functional teams to ensure smooth release of new products in the regions ensuring Service Delivery teams have:Service documentationTest tools & equipmentTechnical trainingSpare partsLoaners & exchangesIT systems set upService processes aligned at product launchMonitors the project from initiation through deliveryReviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reportsAssesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectivesWorks with Product Lifecycle Project Management Office (PMO) to influence Operation Units service strategy by aligning with service team members on New Product Introduction (NPI) projects to ensure regional needs are consideredWorks with regional service operations leaders and service commercial CoE to give pipeline visibility and ensure projects are resourcedParticipates in obsolescence processes as neededProactively communicates relevant information for serviceable products to relevant regional stakeholders, including Field Corrective Actions (FCAs), upgrades etc.Required Knowledge and Experience:Minimum a Bachelor degree with 2 years of relevant experienceWillingness to work with global partners which may result in adjusted work scheduleFluent EnglishAbility to build trust across bordersExperience working globally; understanding that regions have unique needsProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationMedical Device experienceCapital equipment service experiencePhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package
