This position will lead the Invoice-To-Pay team

This position reports to the Business Process Manager
What You Will Do
- Lead the Invoice-To-Pay team to provide high performance to businesses, setup reasonable KPIs, closely monitor/drive them.
- Build up strong team, develop talents, based on each individual competitive advantages, help them self-actualization.
- Lead team on innovation, create proper environment, provide support, be model and encourage team members passion and drive on the transformations.
- Be good business partner for customers, good teamwork with other teams, and cross functions.
- Work on assignments, projects and other ad hoc activities as directed by line manager.
Bachelor\'s degree in finance or equivalent * 4-6 years of overall experience in Accounts payable process. 1-2 years as supervisor level will be a plus.
- Expertise in both English & Mandarin
- Solid SAP knowledge
- Integrity, excellent communication skills, self-driven, work independently & ownership are the key characteristics we\'re looking for
