We are looking for multiple headcounts for the Business Processing Officer role
An opportunity to join a multi-national bank. This is a new headcount as they are expanding their team in Singapore.
The Job
- To process inward and outward remittances, Fixed Deposit or related entries
- Liaise with customers and relevant parties on payment instructions
- Attend to internal and external customer\'s inquiries and investigate of nonreceipt of funds
- To collect charges from customers
- To check the account opening documents for the Corporate and Private Banking customers
- To print and mail customer\'s daily receipts, monthly or yearly statements
- To prepare month-end report and reporting data on Inward and Outward Remittances
- Coordinate with other business departments on regular basis to optimize the internal system and procedure
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Department Manager
- Willing to learn attitude, proactive, self-initiative,
- Able to cope with stress in a fast-paced working environment
- Strictly comply with company\'s rules and regulations
- No experience is required, on-the-job training provided
