KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: . You will be expected to achieve set KPIs and targets through the delivery of high levels of customer service experience.. Reach out to the company's existing active & non-active client base & leads.. Explaining details and preparing company service contracts for the customers.. Preparation of necessary paperwork for on-boarding of new transactions.. Actively update clients by sending EDMs.. Introduce new services to existing clients.. Manage and service clients' portfolios.. Ensure a positive client experience by following up and resolving customer service-related issues in an appropriate and timely manner.. Attend to clients' ad-hoc requests and enquiries from various channels including face-to-face, phone, email, ZOOM, non-face-to-face video conference and other channels preferred by customers.. Developing, handling and answering feedbacks and complaints from the customers and using the feedback to improve customer experience..
