Responsible to develop and execute business strategic plans to achieve company\'s target and business objectives
Act as a Lead for company\'s strategies implementation and development
Monitor Operating results with General Manager and provide suggestions to improve operation performance
To work closely with Marketing team to achieve Sales and revenue optimization plans
Strengthen and improve existing business\'s operation performance
Oversees all outlets operation and ensure daily operation smoothness
Familiar with company\'s business, policies, SOP, processes, and outlet\'s operation
Conduct presentation for higher management and prepare necessary reports or documents for management review
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements
Degree in Hospitality/F&B/Culinary Arts related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in F&B operation with proven track record
Possess leadership skills, result oriented, a problem solver
Positive, open-minded, and able to work in fast paced environment
