By taking the lead in discovering investment options, offering consultancy services, and devising sustainable and economically feasible plans for energy restoration and regeneration, the company plays a crucial role in aiding their research and advancing the productive functioning of their enterprises.

The Responsibilities:

You will be reporting to the Production Applications and Data Services Lead. Your team is part of a global team of 50, based regionally. This position in Singapore is an additional headcount the company has created to further support the operations in Asia, alongside the team in Americas and Europe. Your responsibility will include but not limited to:

• Work with Senior Support Analyst to administer, monitor, and maintain business-facing applications during the Singapore working hours
• Interfacing with Singapore business users directly - helping them to use their in-house tools for data retrieval and analytics
• Management & manipulation of the data mappings and reporting configurations for ETRMs
• Identifying underlying issues, providing short-term workaround/fix while liaising with development teams to acquire long-term fixes
• Collaborating with IT colleagues in the region and/or vendors to support modifications. Monitoring and following up on tasks with other teams in IT and the business

The Requirements:

• Commodities trading industry experience. Knowledge of the physical / financial commodity trade lifecycle, risk reporting, and valuation
• Role will be Front Office & Risk focused, but knowledge of full-trade lifecycle & ability to interface with back-office teams is a plus
• Experience collaborating with internal IT teams. SQL knowledge is a must
• Experience in ITIL Framework, with Python & AWS exposure a plus
• Structured, adaptable, and able to work well independently or as part of a global team
