Job Description


A Business Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the analysis of commercial performance across Rooms and Food & Beverage (F&B outlets and Catering & Events business) to drive commercial excellence by working closely with our Commercial Director to analyse, recommend and implement strategies to support revenue generation and yielding opportunities for Rooms and Food & Beverage. He/ She will work with all relevant internal and external stakeholders in Revenue Management Consolidated Centre (RMCC), Commercial, Food & Beverage, Rooms Division and third party vendors supporting eCommerce platforms to the hotel.

What will I be doing?

A Business Support Analyst will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Support enhanced revenue contribution opportunities through analysis of data.
  • Recommend and support business strategies to drive commercial excellence for Rooms and Food & Beverage (Outlets and Catering).
  • Maintain business relationships with partners including OTAs, Wholesalers and third party vendors to stay informed of trends performance and identify gaps for improvement.
  • Maximise yielding opportunities in rooms sell-out efficiency (rooms), Food & Beverage seat turnover (Restaurants) yielding opportunities and function rooms utilisation (Catering).
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports and presentation decks on Rooms and Food & Beverage revenue, including room inventory control and availability, rate loading audit and accurate segment and package path, SRP code performance review, Food & Beverage revenue performance (Restaurants and Catering).
  • Manage and communicate daily demand, trends and business opportunities in MICE from citywide events.
  • Maintain demand calendar of city-wide events and share competitor intelligence learnings.
  • Monitor trends and competitor pricing for Rooms and Food & Beverage.
  • Analyse upselling efforts and length of stay (rooms) / period of dining (restaurants).
  • Maximise function space utilisation and track guest capture ratios by meal periods for Food & Beverage.
  • Track and analyse booking pace, guests\' profile, geographical origin of business, business segment, channels of revenue contribution in Rooms and Food & Beverage (Restaurants and Catering).
  • Support Hilton Honors program and opportunities in members\' enhanced revenue contribution while ensuring guests\' satisfaction.
  • Support rolling business forecast and budget preparation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports and proper upkeep of documents.
  • Comply with all company policies and brand standards relating to marketing, operational process and systems operational procedures.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management in view of changing business needs.

  • Good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant business discipline
