This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the SVP Operations and SVP F&B and Entertainment - Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems.

He / She will work closely with the VP Operations, General Managers and various teams to build trusted business partnerships and ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Establish and operate an efficient support function by providing administrative support to the SVPs
  • Organise meetings and prepare meeting materials, presentation slides and meeting minutes
  • Prepare, review, and edit presentations to ensure content and format are in line with the established guidelines
  • Prepare content presentation for Business Review Meetings. Take note of all actions and follow-ups of the meetings with the relevant individuals/teams
  • Obtain, compile and extract information from company files and publications - prepare communication deck for internal and external purposes
  • Manage and coordinate SVPs travel-related arrangements, documents and expense reports
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, mail and general enquiries
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders for projects and concepts to ensure adherence to luxury standards and specification for timely and on-brand opening - ensure clear and actionable deliverables / activities are completed.
  • Make use of Accor internal tools to ensure data is up to date
  • Support on-boarding process together with the Global Manager Hotel Onboarding and Team of experts
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Good user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and other Office Tools
  • Effective project management and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Collaborative and guest-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask, flexible to embrace and respond effectively to changes
  • Able to convey complex ideas and messages in a clear and compelling manner
