The position is responsible for hotel reporting and hotel budget process, ensure that relevant stakeholders will have accurate and complete financial data/reports to monitor and drive hotel performance.

Primary Responsibilities

Monthly hotel reporting and performance review

  • Monitor and support hotels to upload data into Onestream in a timely manner, ensuring data completeness and quality for both actual and forecast data.
  • Perform data analysis and provide monthly reports to stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of performance review, fee income analysis and forecast
  • Update performance test, highlight any potential risks on top-up or HMA termination
  • Assist in preparing business plans for impairment test and top-up analysis
Yearly hotel budget process and budget review
  • Preparation of yearly budget template for hotels
  • Coordinate with the Operations team on the uploading of hotel budget
  • Provide the necessary reports for stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of budget review, budget fee income and analysis
Report development, optimization, maintenance
  • Develop reports using OneStream and review the requirements from stakeholders
  • Ensure that reports are up to date, aligning with the group\xe2\x80\x99s structure and requirements
Systems administration and process optimization
  • Provide support in supervising the reporting analyst to maintain and update the relevant systems
  • Review and optimize reporting process
Other ad-hoc analysis and requests
  • Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc presentations and analysis
  • Participate in the group / regional projects
  • Provide training to various departments on Onestream
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong user knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is a plus
  • Strong user knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems (OneStream / Oracle / SAP)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service-minded and open-minded
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new things
  • Meticulous eye for detail
