This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the commercial real estate industry and develop valuable skills in property operations, reports analysis, event management and client relations.Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day property management operations
• Help prepare and analyze fault reports and compilation of monthly management report
• Support the team in conducting property inspections and maintenance oversight
• Aid in the preparation of tenant correspondence
• Contribute to market research and competitive analysis projects
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of property databases and records
• Support the team in client communications and reporting
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
• Collaborate with various departments including accounting, leasing, and facilities management

Requirements:

• Strong interest in commercial real estate and property management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and take on diverse tasks
