Responsibilities
  • Provide full spectrum of recruitment
  • Work closely with business operation to identify manpower requirement
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
  • Create, propose and implement strategic effective hiring channels, procedures or techniques to improve recruitment measures & talent pipeline
  • Effectively engage employees with daily operations needs
  • Responsible for consolidation of weekly and monthly reports for operations needs and generate statistical report as and when required
  • Be the point of contact to deliver value added services to both management and employees
  • Others ad hoc duties as assigned
