Work closely with business operation to identify manpower requirement
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
Create, propose and implement strategic effective hiring channels, procedures or techniques to improve recruitment measures & talent pipeline
Effectively engage employees with daily operations needs
Responsible for consolidation of weekly and monthly reports for operations needs and generate statistical report as and when required
Be the point of contact to deliver value added services to both management and employees
