Role Overview

We are seeking a

highly organized and proactive Business Support Executive

to support our daily operations. This role requires

strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and exceptional communication skills

. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations while assisting in marketing and sales-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

?Customer & Vendor Communication

- Handle inquiries, feedback, and correspondence with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors professionally.

?Marketing Support

- Manage and update content on social media and website, and assist in producing marketing collaterals.

?Administrative Support

- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain records to support business operations.

?Sales Coordination

- Assist sales representatives with preparing quotations, invoices.

?Logistics & Documentation

- Coordinate with vendors, process shipping documents, track shipments, and ensure timely material delivery.

?Regulatory Compliance

- Handle regulatory applications and ensure compliance with prevailing policies.

?Ad-hoc Duties

- Provide support to the team as assigned by the manager.

What We're Looking For

??No experience required, most importantly - willing to learn


??Strong attention to detail and accuracy


??Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


??Ability to multitask and manage time effectively


??Proficiency in digital tools and social media platforms


??Able to work near Kembangan MRT


??40hours/week, 10am to 6pm
