Job Description
& Requirements
- Location: Novena
- Duration: 1-Year Full-time Contract (Renewable)
- Workdays and Time: 5 workdays / 9am-6.30pm
- Monthly Salary: $2000 - $3000 (commensurate with experiences)
- Perform supporting function for marketing campaigns and event activities
- Work with internal and external stakeholders for collaterals, gift rewards, etc.
- Handle SMS broadcasts for rewards fulfilments to customers
- Generate MIS / data reports for sales and rewards fulfilments
- Support daily manpower deployment tracking records
- Collate sales acquisitions and referral reports
- Put up payments requests, etc.
- Provide logistical support for branches / roadshow
- Manage stock inventories records
- Conduct onsite visits and audit checks at logistics' premises
- Carry out any other administrative support functions that may be assigned from time to time.
