Be Better, Join the Fastest The Business Support Executive be responsible for full spectrum of sales administration and team support. He/she will manage daily operational tasks, Salesforce (CRM) database, and handle sales order fulfilment and customer cases. Responsibilities Update and maintain healthy Salesforce (CRM) database Assist Sales Team with Salesforce.com business process, user training, and data entry Provide administrative support and customer service coverage for Sales Team Ensure accurate and timely processing and submission of sales orders and quotations Proactively identify and escalate possible issues of order fulfilment and delivery date Divert client calls to the relevant Account Managers or departments Coordinate with various stakeholders for order cancellation and revision, credit note issuance, executing service termination, resolving TT, etc Monitor sales figures and analyse database for reporting Support Sales Team with all other operational tasks Requirements Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent Minimum 2 years of sales support experience for B2B Sales Proficient in MS Office Strong organisation and time management skills Good communication and customer service skills Experience with Salesforce CRM is added advantage Interested candidates are invited to apply online with a comprehensive resume.
