Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Execute subscription and billing processes for LEARN.
  • Support administrative aspects of business development and engagement work.
Requirements:
1. Technical:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and essential formulas.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva for creating guides and EDMs.
2. Communication & Interpersonal:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders of all levels.
- Interpret instructions/requests accurately, and relay information clearly.
- Resourceful and initiative in problem-solving and improving work.
3. Organizational Excellence:
- Excellent time management skills; able to execute competing tasks effectively.
- Organized in categorising and maintaining information in shared folders.
- Keen attention to details in drafting EDMs and instruction guides.
- Meticulous in data entry, especially numbers.
4. Team Player:
- Reliable, disciplined and pro-active in supporting team goals.
- Willingness to assist beyond job scope, when required.
- Positive work attitude in fostering team collaboration.
