Main interface for procurement activities between sourcing platform and corporate office
Responsible for the full spectrum of order processing and management of purchase order in SAP such as issuance of Purchase Order and Goods Receipt/Issue etc
Manage suppliers for on-time delivery and quality products
Assist in negotiation with suppliers to pull in / push out delivery to ensure fulfilment of customers' orders
Work closely with internal departments on delivery lead time, shipment and logistics arrangements to meet the requirements of customers
Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, suppliers and warehouse personnel regarding shipment and logistics arrangements
Maintain and file systematically all purchase order related documents
Manage travel arrangements including air ticketing, hotel arrangements, visa applications etc.
Coordinate, organize and host internal and external meetings, trainings and activities on a local or APAC scale
HR matters such as leave administration, organization chart, employee on boarding etc.
Any other related/ad-hoc duties or projects as needed
Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent
Min. 3 to 5 years' experience in procurement role in the APAC or local region
Good working knowledge of MRP and proficiency with SAP
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Additional information:
Working days: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
Salary up to $4000 (Depending on experience)
Located in Toh Guan
