Business Support Executive (toh Guan/up To $4000)

Job Description
- Main interface for procurement activities between sourcing platform and corporate office
- Responsible for the full spectrum of order processing and management of purchase order in SAP such as issuance of Purchase Order and Goods Receipt/Issue etc
- Manage suppliers for on-time delivery and quality products
- Assist in negotiation with suppliers to pull in / push out delivery to ensure fulfilment of customers' orders
- Work closely with internal departments on delivery lead time, shipment and logistics arrangements to meet the requirements of customers
- Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, suppliers and warehouse personnel regarding shipment and logistics arrangements
- Maintain and file systematically all purchase order related documents
- Manage travel arrangements including air ticketing, hotel arrangements, visa applications etc.
- Coordinate, organize and host internal and external meetings, trainings and activities on a local or APAC scale
- HR matters such as leave administration, organization chart, employee on boarding etc.
- Any other related/ad-hoc duties or projects as needed
- Minimum Diploma in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Min. 3 to 5 years' experience in procurement role in the APAC or local region
- Good working knowledge of MRP and proficiency with SAP
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Working days: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
- Salary up to $4000 (Depending on experience)
- Located in Toh Guan
