Roles and Responsibilities: Provide support to Business in the following areas:
Assist Business Units in account opening documentation checks, valuation requests, insurance renewal, financial spreading, credit review and data quality checks.
Other operation duties, including administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time.
Provide optimal support to Business Units, acting as interface between different internal operational departments in resolution of customer related issues.
Qualifications
Good team player who is driven, pro-active and has a positive attitude
Has customer service experience
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Mature, meticulous and well organised
Proficiency in MS office in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
