Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide support to Business in the following areas:

  • Assist Business Units in account opening documentation checks, valuation requests, insurance renewal, financial spreading, credit review and data quality checks.
  • Other operation duties, including administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Provide optimal support to Business Units, acting as interface between different internal operational departments in resolution of customer related issues.
Qualifications
  • Good team player who is driven, pro-active and has a positive attitude
  • Has customer service experience
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Mature, meticulous and well organised
  • Proficiency in MS office in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
