Provide support to Business Units in account opening documentation checks.
Provide support to Business Units in financial spreading.
Prepares credit review pack.
Liaise with valuers on valuation requests for credit reviews and ad hoc request from RM.
Liaise with customers to ensure timely renewal of fire insurance.
Perform data quality checks.
Other operation duties, including administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time.
Provide optimal support to Business Units, acting as interface between different internal operational departments in resolution to customer related issues.
Qualifications
Good team player who is driven, pro-active and has a positive attitude.
Has customer service experience.
Good communication and inter-personal skills.
Mature, meticulous, and well organised.
Proficiency in MS office in particular Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
