Roles & Responsibilities As a member of our family-owned business, you will lead the implementation project of SAP Forecasting and Replenishment (F&R) / Unified Demand Forecast (UDF) within the Regional headquarters and local Retail entities in the Asia Pacific region. As a Business Support Manager, you will

• be the Product Owner for the Forecast and Demand management portfolio in Asia Pacific and build the product roadmap aligned with the Global Supply Chain strategy while adapting solutions specific to the Asia Pacific market requirements.
• lead the implementation project of SAP F&R/ UDF in the Asia Pacific region.
• identify and manage Regional Demand Planning Improvement projects as and when the opportunities arise.
• liaise between Supply Planning and the Sales and Marketing Teams, to understand sales, forecast, planning, service and inventory matters, and propose resolution as necessary.
• work with internal Project Team Members and external service providers during project roll-outs and implementations to ensure that set deliverables are met.
• respond timely to cases via the ticketing system and escalate matters requiring further resolution to the Global Team or external providers, while also analysing trends to avoid recurrence of similar issues.

• 
  a Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or Supply Chain with practical experience of 3 to 5 years in forecasting/planning or comparable analytical role, and strong understanding of supply chain, forecasting methodology and inventory management practices.
• good working knowledge of SAP ERP system, SAP F&R /UDF or any other automation systems available in the market, with at least 5 years of experience in managing projects, rollouts or implementing SAP ERP features.
• excellent analytical skills, with demonstrated abilities in forecasting with clear understanding of statistical models and synthesising data from multiple sources.
• strong Project Management with experience in Agile project methodologies, certification in Scrum Product Owner will be an added advantage.
• strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead discussions and presentation to senior leadership and other stakeholders, organise and set priorities based on business needs using logical approach in problem solving and adapting to an entrepreneurial mindset.
• open for relocation on a short-to-medium term basis within the Asia Pacific region.
