To ensure that the customer enquires are understood, and be able to achieve the requirements.
To prepare quotation based on the customer enquiries.
To communicate and resolve all issues pertaining to quotation issued.
To receive customer PO, and issue Sales order.
To communicate the job order requirements to production personnel.
To handle all changes to customer order, and make sure the changes are processed accordingly.
Regularly on-site support to Southeast Asia Customer's projects.
Expand business activity for company
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree holder in any related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, operations, or a related field.
Proficiency in SAP is essential for effective order processing and data management.
Require occasional or frequent international travel based on project needs and business demands.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required as you would need to liaise with stakeholders from China.
