What you'll be doing

• As part of the Integrated Planning team under the COO office, you will be supporting daily office activities, integrated planning and liaison across business functions for key strategic and operational initiatives
• Assist in monitoring & manage tasks' progress status
• Support in executing business initiatives through communication with related department
• Support key projects/tasks , e.g. setting up employee stock options, corporate legal structure
• Collaborate with various business departments and management support teams like finance, accounting, and IR.
• Assist senior management to prepare corporate presentation material

What you bring to EMURGO

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in strategic planning and/or corporate planning/development functions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment and to tolerate change and ambiguity
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and able to stay calm under challenging circumstances
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Ability to multitask, proactive in work with keen willingness to learn attitude
