Our AWMS practice provides an invaluable safeguard in today\xe2\x80\x99s complex operating environment with insights, empowered by leading technologies into marketplace developments and global opportunities. Our team is multi-disciplinary, made up of proven specialist professionals dedicated to this sector.

Our AWMS team is expanding rapidly and we are looking for a business support team administrator to join us and support in a few areas such as administrative and secretarial support, pipeline management, and day-to-day operational matters.

How will you value-add?

  • Provide effective administrative and secretarial support to our Deputy Heads
  • Liaise with clients and managing of diaries
  • Make travel arrangements for the business unit, schedule internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate events and relevant logistics where needed
  • Support engagement economics reporting and monitor follow-up actions by teams
  • Generate reports on sales pipelines and provide periodic update to the management team
  • Provide support to our engagement teams in the project engagement cycle from opportunity creation to closure of projects
  • Help engagement teams in maintaining/ updating engagement records
  • Support the on-boarding of new joiners, keep track of the learning & development courses and leave planning of the teams
  • Support document management including formatting, system upload of client deliverables etc
  • Provide onsite support for document management including printing, scanning, courier etc
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned and provide necessary cover for team members
About you
  • Minimum Diploma in Business
  • At least 2 years\' working experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Good positive attitude and adaptable to changes in processes and systems
  • Willingness to grow and take on new tasks/responsibilities
  • Independent and efficient worker that can follow through and complete tasks on tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills to interact with engagement teams and other stakeholders
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and meet tight/stringent deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Well organised and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite and/or Google suite
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce, Oracle and ServiceNow would be an added advantage
