To lead us to the next level of growth and further build out our skills and capabilities in serving our clients, we are looking for a Business/Technical Implementation Consultant.

How will you make a difference? As a Consultant, you are responsible for bringing our applications to our clients, ensuring that the application resolves the business needs, is integrated properly and runs as it was designed. You will accompany projects from start to finish, are in direct contact with the customer and have ‘can-do’ attitude which inspires confidence in our customers and enables integration of our solutions in complex international and national banking environments. In summary, you are excited about solving technical problems to make something work! Your Tasks & Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the application integration of our compliance, Fraud detection and KYC solutions
  • Technical requirements analysis, scoping and implementation architecture design; determine the impact and estimate effort for customer specific customizations
  • As part of the project team-single point of contact for all technical questions
  • Provide technical expertise to project team (on databases, network, Java environment and web technologies) and to the customer during client sessions
  • Deliver written responses to technical questions and RFPs/RFIs
  • Complete follow-up and successful resolution of project and post-implementation technical issues
  • Strongly collaborate with Project Managers and team to develop realistic implementation plans and actively contribute to the successful project delivery
Your are going to stand out if you have :
  • A University Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years hands-on experience in integration/implementation roles or System Engineering
  • Strong ability to present and articulate the business value and relevant function of the solution set to business users and technical subject matter experts
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems (UNIX, Linux, Windows)
  • Solid DB know-how, preferred Oracle10g/11g, MS-SQL
  • Knowledge in TCP/IP, SQL, AD, LDAP, Scripting
  • Knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance topics in financial services
  • Knowledge of ECM and Document processes in retail and private banking is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (customer, technical workshop)
  • High self-motivation, initiative, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, able to cope with tight deadlines and set priorities
  • Native or fluent in English (Mandarin, French & German a bonus)
  • Willing to travel as the role requires frequent travels to the region.
  • Preferred : Experience working for a technology solution provider, having had to build production-ready applications
  • Bonus: Prior experience with product implementations of similar technical nature (i.e. FICO/Siron/Blaze, Camunda, Activiti) or Core Banking Systems (FInacle, Avaloq, etc.)
