Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team. The intern will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and understanding in various aspects of private equity real estate investment accounting, regulatory framework, financial analysis, and reporting. This role will provide best-in-class exposure to real-world accounting practices and processes in the private equity industry and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Finance department.

How You Add Value

(including but are not limited to)

• Conduct current state assessment, gap analysis, and target state modeling on business processes.
• Using Revantage Asia internal project methodology standards:

• Assist Project Management Office (PMO) Documentations
• Support Project Managers and Business Analyst to perform detailed analysis.
• Summarize requirements through Business Artifacts such as Personas, Epics, User Stories, Test Cases, and Activity Flow Diagram.
• Assist in process documentations.

What You Bring To The Role

Education & Skills:

• Agile experience: Writing Epics, Personas, and User Stories
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate business and technical issues to a varied audience
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Has a professional manner and a high energy level; exhibits a positive attitude and ability to work independently, highly motivated and an excellent team player

Important

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Can zoom from big picture to detail
• Creative thinking, problem solving, and decision making
• Keen interest in digital transformation and industry trends
