Why This Role Is ValuableThe int will be responsible for assisting the Business Transformation team deliver projects and strategic initiatives for the firm. Primary responsibilities of this position include, supporting business to identify process improvement opportunities through current state assessment, gap analysis, and business process modelling, as well as to support management reporting and Chief of Staff-functions. This role may also support some training, deployment, and project administration tasks.This position works closely with all departments and resources within Revantage Asia, including; Executive Management, Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Technologists, as well as external advisors, and third-party vendors.The winning candidate will be passionate, committed, and a fast learner, while at the same time being adaptable, coachable, and open to new approaches to technology solution projects.Why This Role Is ValuableThe intern will be responsible for assisting the Business Transformation team deliver projects and strategic initiatives for the firm.   • Conduct current state assessment, gap analysis, and target state modeling on business processes.
  • Using Revantage Asia internal project methodology standards:
  • Assist Project Management Office (PMO) Documentations
  • Support Project Managers and Business Analyst to perform detailed analysis.
  • Summarize requirements through Business Artifacts such as Personas, Epics, User Stories, Test Cases, and Activity Flow Diagram.
  • Assist in process documentations.
What You Bring To The RoleEducation & Skills:
  • Agile experience: Writing Epics, Personas, and User Stories
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate business and technical issues to a varied audience
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Has a professional manner and a high energy level; exhibits a positive attitude and ability to work independently, highly motivated and an excellent team player
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Can zoom from big picture to detail
  • Creative thinking, problem solving, and decision making
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Keen interest in digital transformation and industry trends
