As a Business Analyst Intern at 360F, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be at the forefront of bridging business objectives and technical solutions. Here are your key responsibilities: * Collaborate with Stakeholders: Understand business goals, processes, and requirements by working closely with stakeholders.

• Thorough Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business needs, workflows, and systems.
• Requirements Documentation: Document and prioritize business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Translation to Technical Solutions: Work closely with development teams to accurately translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Facilitate Communication: Ensure alignment and understanding between business and technical teams.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Testing: Assist in test plan development, perform API testing using tools like Postman, and conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) for seamless functionality and user experience.
• UAT Participation: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help resolve issues.
• Project Monitoring: Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis and project management.

Your Skills:

• Currently pursuing a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Have experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering techniques, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Familiarity with testing tools like Postman and Jmeter.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Understanding of cloud technologies and services.

Good to have:

• Actuarial experience or prior work in Life Insurance or Financial Wealth Planning platforms1
