COMPANY OVERVIEW
The client is a subsidiary of a leading Aerospace company based on the US, a worldwide producer of precision machined and fabricated aerospace components and assemblies, as well as a world leader in the repair, overhaul and manufacture of turbine engine components. They are looking to hire Business Transformation Program Manager for a 2 year contract to join the team .

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports business leaders in developing the transformation program\xe2\x80\x99s scope, objectives, plan, and risk assessment Develops and maintain processes Anticipates issues and drives countermeasures to ensure programs meet intended objectives Schedules and leads timely status review meetings Escalates issues and mitigation recommendations to leadership team. Provide relevant financial data to support Transformation initiatives and to proactively identify/address areas of concern Collecting and collating information, assessing, and reporting on the execution of standalone and complex, cross-functional projects including issue management, escalation, management communications, KPI tracking and reporting Communicate clear messages to the business to explain the change management strategy and related business impact

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Strong analytical skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Program and project management experience Experience or expertise in financial reporting or cost-modelling is a plus Excellent time management, planning and communication (written and verbal) skills Strong Computer skills in MS Office such as Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, and other web applications Ability to work independently, and to manage simultaneous work assignments and projects Bachelor\'s degree in a related field 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant work experience with progressively responsible experience providing Support and Transformation consulting services
