This role involves identifying potential partners, nurturing relationships, negotiating partnership agreements, and ensuring successful collaboration throughout the partnership lifecycle.   • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the agency\'s strategic objectives and target market.
  • Build and maintain a network of strategic partners, including brands, media, agencies, and industry organizations.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand partner organizations, their offerings, and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership strategies, goals, and action plans.
  • Proactively reach out and engage potential partners to initiate discussions and explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring that partnership agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner organizations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, to implement partnership initiatives effectively.

Qualifications\xef\xbc\x9a
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven at least 3 years experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of partnership strategies, business models, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify partnership opportunities, initiate conversations, and close deals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess partnership potential and evaluate mutually beneficial opportunities.
