Location: Woodlands Salary: $3000-$4000 Industry: Semicon manufacturing Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm * Receive orders from Customers, create sales orders and shop orders. * Prov Location: Woodlands Salary: $3000-$4000 Industry: Semicon manufacturing Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm Receive orders from Customers, create sales orders and shop orders. Provide customer support and management of customer order schedule. Co-ordinate with Program Management team in providing quotes to customers. Consult with Manufacturing Department regarding equipment, manpower, and workload. Participate in meetings to discuss control problems. Ensure strategic development and implementation of long-term contracts with supply base. Manage and oversee inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites for those 'Kanban' part numbers Receive, interpret, discuss, and edit customer and sales orders. Respond to customer inquiries such as product selection and requests for prices and quotations. Issue PO to suppliers based on actual order & forecast and expedite for material as required Negotiate with suppliers to support cost reduction and Lead time reduction Perform other duties as requested by management. Requirements Expediting skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
