Responsibilities: Develop Procurement Plan * Support the company's procurement activities based in the established product specifications and customer needs * Assist in establishing working lev Responsibilities: Develop Procurement Plan Support the company's procurement activities based in the established product specifications and customer needs Assist in establishing working level relationships with company network and external vendors for optimal procurement transactions Plan merchandise assortment with category mix and range planning based on the OTB and historical data Formulate pricing strategies base on the target gross profit percentage and conduct comparison analysis against competitors Review products sell through and plan for replenishment Liaise with marketing department to execute the promotion strategies in line with the product launch. Conduct market research to upkeep the product with market trend and competitors' strategies Process Standards Assist with order management, seasonal and year-round core orders, and stock take. Ensure good follow up with supplies and good understanding on flow of inventory on-hand/on-order/assignment Participate in planning decisions including trend, core products, and market preference and working with sales forecast for replenishment items Keep abreast with market trends and anticipate future trends Manage Seller Selection Process Source and work closely with suppliers on product selection, pricing and negotiations, etc Analyze sales data with proposed buying strategies Manage Procurement Activities Process and follow up on purchase orders, ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock Manage inventory level and supplier performance Perform quality checks on product Requirements: Sound judgment and initiatives and able to exhibit integrity and honesty. Strong buyer experience in retail. Advantageous in if gem/gold/jewellery. Able to work in a dynamic environment, keep abreast of changing customer behaviour and merchandising trends with attention to details, able to multi-task and be a quick learner. Good digital literacy - proficient in excel and able to do reports meticulously. Good organization, negotiation, analytical and numerical skills. Good communicator and a strong team player.
