Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Manage commodities in area of consumables/ MRO / Spare Parts / assigned projects.
\xc2\xb7 Issue Purchase Order and follow-up with delivery.
\xc2\xb7 Sourcing / Negotiate with suppliers for price & delivery.
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to expedite and complete the assigned tasks on-time.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance to Company Procurement Strategy & Policies
\xc2\xb7 Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Degree / Diploma holder with relevant qualifications.
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
\xc2\xb7 A team player with good communication skills
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of commonly use business software (SAP, Ms Office).
\xc2\xb7 Negotiation skills, contract management, & basic knowledge in shipping terms.
\xc2\xb7 Good attitue and willing to learn.
