Planner (semicon | Tampines)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Communicate with respective parties and lead production in terms of priorities, WIP control, and production output. In addition, coordinate alternatives in case of unexpected or planned equipment downtimes according to logistical needs to meet shipments.
\xc2\xb7 Schedule ingot growing according to customer demand and puller capacities.
\xc2\xb7 Work with technology to achieve optimum process for ingot growing.
\xc2\xb7 Plan and execute ingot deliveries to international sites.
\xc2\xb7 Adjust the planning process to manage changes in specs requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Make decisions on usage for aging inventory.
\xc2\xb7 Schedule and optimize the usage of test ingots.
\xc2\xb7 Manage the usage of CZ tools for process development.
Job Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Engineering Degree with minimum of 2 years related experiences.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of logistic processes and systems like Workstream, SAP, reporting tools
\xc2\xb7 Semiconductor manufacturing process flow
\xc2\xb7 High level of PC skills
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel \xe2\x80\x93 Visual Basic will be an advantage.
\xc2\xb7 Team management.
