(c) Maintenance Engineer/technician [tuas]

Job Description
Overview:
- 5 days\xe2\x80\x99 work (Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm)
- Monthly Salary: Up to Gross $5500 + AWS + Bonus
- Location: Tuas
- Plan and execute the Preventative Maintenance (PM) within schedule & cost in accordance to the company SOP.
- Perform regular maintenance check to ensure the plant & building facilities (Cooling Tower, Chiller Plant, Compressor, AHU & BMS) are in good condition.
- Oversee and manage the maintenance service contracts in carrying out facilities operation & maintenance.
- Supervision of maintenance contract works and prepare work procedures for all maintenance activities
- Adhere to ISO standards for all works carried out
- Liaise and inspect job installation, servicing and supervise maintenance technician
- Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience as a Maintenance Engineer in Plant Manufacturing
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
