The Chemical Plant Manager / Utilities Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the chemical and gas utility systems in a manufacturing facility. This includes managing the equipment, operations, and personnel related to the utility systems, ensuring safety standards are met, maintaining regulatory compliance, and recommending process improvements.

- Basic UP $5000 (With Relevant Exp) + Allowance + AWS + Bonus
- Mon - Fri 8am to 4:45pm @ Jurong Island
- Company transport provided at Lakeside or Jurong East MRT
- Manage the operations of chemical and gas utility systems throughout the plant.
- Ensure safety standards are met for all personnel working with the utility systems.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance and operations of utility systems.
- Maintain accurate records of system performance, including parameters such as flow rate, pressure, temperature, etc.
- Monitor chemical inventory levels to ensure supply is sufficient for production needs
- Lead the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT)
- Plan and publish monthly shift rosters for personnel
- Perform cost/benefit analysis on process improvements to identify areas where investment is needed
- Ensure regulatory compliance with local safety and environmental regulations
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with Environmental Safety and Health regulations
- Strong working knowledge of chemical plant management
- Having a Singapore Certified Energy Manager Cert (SCEM) is an added advantage
