  \xe3\x80\x90What will you be working on\xe3\x80\x91
  
  
  • Support the marketing department\'s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs.
  • Advertising of jobs on the various online platform such as LinkedIn and Job Street etc
  • Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice
  • Assist in application screening and arrange candidates\' interviews when required
  • Create candidate pools by sourcing through resume databases, networks, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, warm and cold calling
  • Define position descriptions, document role specifications, and build target candidate personas
  • Devise and carry out targeted research strategies, including research into client companies, competitors, and relevant marketplace
  • Work cross-functionally with all departments in the organization as a resource for creative ways to approach new hiring challenges
  • Interview coordination, placement follow up with both clients and candidates
