Job Description

SUMMARY

• Produces technical drawings and documents that are required for structural, architectural and/or MEPFS works using a cad software, other computer programs or through manual drafting.
• Assists in the preparation of drawings and documents required by other departments to complete various works.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produces clear and accurate drawings such as body plans, shop drawings, revisions, as-built plans and any other drawings needed by the project.
• Reviews and familiarizes himself/herself with the issued drawings.
• Organizes files (hardcopy and softcopy) including For Construction Drawings (FCD), Request For Information (RFI), Submittals, e-mail correspondence and other drawings/documents that is essential to the project.
• Ensures that the drawings generated are done with quality, with accordance to the latest For Construction Drawing and Technical Specifications and verified with the actual site conditions.
• Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Architecture or Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Sanitary Engineering Course (fresh graduate or with experience).
• Undergaduate of the above mentioned courses but with considerable experience. (Preferably 2 to 3 yearsaEUR(TM) experience as cadd operator in any related field of work).
• Knowledgeable in Autocad and manual drafting.
• Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop and other programs to aide in the production of drawings.
